Using reason and logic, this short essay provides all the information you need to understand why it feels like you get anxious for no reason. It feels like this but can we actually get anxious for no reason? What does the science say? If the answer is no, that suggests there are always identifiable root causes of our anxiety. Research shows that anxiety is almost always caused by our thoughts and beliefs. These thoughts and beliefs, however, may be unconscious. If this is the case why does it feel like we get anxious for no reason? As if we're getting anxious against our will. I explore and provide answers to these questions in this short essay.
